I follow the problem.
Even when it takes me out of marketing.

Growth has a
technical side.

I started in freelance marketing for online casino brands and their affiliate programs. Over about ten years in go-to-market with casino companies, I became the person operators called when acquisition stalled. The work began with traffic, campaigns, and the economics of bringing players in.

But the answer was not always another campaign. Deposits failed, withdrawals took too long, and payment fees ate into margin. I kept getting pulled into product and payments because that was where growth was breaking. Understanding the whole journey became part of doing the marketing job properly.

Over the last few years, I have gone deeper into AI and crypto. On the AI side, that means practical automation for support, CRM, content, and operations, with people in control of sensitive decisions. On the crypto side, it means understanding processors, custody, settlement, and what it actually takes to change providers.

I founded Casino Consultants to help licensed operators and the technology companies that serve them implement these systems properly. Today, a large part of my work is crypto payments: choosing providers, comparing pricing line by line, and planning migrations. Security due diligence comes first, before a rate card or a feature list.

I am based in South Africa and work remotely with operators across Europe, Africa, and Latin America. I like clear numbers, useful tools, and a plan the team can actually run.

How I work.

01

Numbers before opinions

Start with the economics and the evidence. If a number is missing, make that gap visible before making the decision.

02

Security before price

Know who controls the funds, how access works, and what happens when something fails. Compare fees after that.

03

AI that flags for humans

Use automation to bring the right context to trained people. Keep player decisions, AML/KYC, and responsible gambling oversight with humans.

04

A team that can run it

Document the process, explain the tradeoffs, and hand over the controls. The engagement should leave your team able to operate without me.
